SEPTEMBER 1 – OCTOBER 13, 2021

Per Constitution and By-Laws, the Vice President moved into President vacant position which expires at ARBA Convention in 2022.

Motion passed to appoint Donald Mersiovsky to Vice President position which expires at 2021 ARBA Convention at which time he will assume the position for his first term after running unopposed.

Motion passed to accept resignation of President Nadeau.

Board approval of letter to membership asking for advertising support in the upcoming Guidebook.

Motion passed for Merchandise Chairman to order and have available at ARBA Convention T-Shirts with new Cal logo at a cost of $525.

Motion passed to approve the bid of Richard Gehr to update and maintain club website.

Motion passed to donate $100 to honor ARBA request for donation to the ARBA Library for needed equipment.

Motion passed to donate $100 to honor ARBA request to help fund Judges Luncheon at the ARBA Convention.

Approval of appointment of Joan Simmons as Domestic Rabbit Column Chairman.

Motion passed to include a three percent (3%) to all PayPal transactions.

Motion passed to add $91 to cost of T-Shirts due to price increase in some sizes.

Motion passed to accept Scholarship Committee recommendation to award three scholarships for 2021

Motion passed unanimously that the club logo is to be used only for Club business unless otherwise approved by the Board of Directors.

Motion passed to appoint Amanda Hutcheson to the open Director position which expires at ARBA Convention 2023

Motion passed for Sec/Treas to work with CPA to secure incorporation and apply for non-profit status at a cost not to exceed $500.

Suggestion to review and rework awards for the 2022 ARBA Convention. Approved

Motion and second to prepare logo showing new name of club and new profile of rabbit (with approval of owner). Motion passed. Owner Johnny Hopper approved use of profile of rabbit.

Suggestion to allow Upcoming National Cal Club Show Sponsor to place a full page ad in each issue of the newsletter prior to the show. Approved

Resolution presented by mail to membership to have club name as National Californian RSC.

Motion and second to submit proposed resolution to membership as soon as possible to change name of club to National Californian Rabbit Specialty Club. **Motion passed unanimously.
